VOW Agreement

By submitting a search form, requesting matched listings, creating a saved search, requesting listing information, or otherwise using MLS-powered listing features on this website, you acknowledge that you are establishing a client relationship with Flow Realty Network for purposes of a VOW agreement and access to MLS listing information.

Flow Realty Network operates in partnership with Dalton Wade Inc., a licensed Florida brokerage. MLS listing information is provided for your personal, non-commercial use in evaluating real estate opportunities with Flow Realty Network.

MLS Data Use

You agree not to copy, redistribute, scrape, resell, or otherwise use MLS listing information for any purpose outside your personal real estate search or transaction evaluation. MLS data may include property details, listing status, photos, pricing, broker information, and related market information.

Listing information is believed to be reliable, but it is not guaranteed. Availability, price, status, room counts, measurements, fees, restrictions, association requirements, and property conditions must be verified before decisions are made.

Client Information

You agree to provide accurate contact and search information when using Flow Realty Network forms or listing tools. Flow may use that information to respond to your request, provide listing access, prepare searches, schedule showings, submit offers, or support related real estate services.

No Unauthorized Use

You may not use this website or listing data to build a competing listing service, generate automated scraping activity, send spam, interfere with website operation, or violate MLS, brokerage, or applicable legal requirements.

Updates

Flow Realty Network may update these terms as website services, MLS access requirements, or brokerage policies change. Continued use of the website after updates means you accept the revised terms.
